People super friendly. Got an upgrade at check-in. Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to BTS Station ARI. Comfortable rooms and bed. Great value for money. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Provided a baby cot.

Stayed at a great-sized room with large bathroom, 1 large bed, immaculate clean condition. The location in a calm area was quiet and comfortable and there were a local market and local markets nearby. I was surprised at nearby Thammada, they had some goodies, drinks.

This hotel is located in a trendy area with many shopping outlets and restaurants nearby. It is also easy to hail a taxi from the small road outside the property. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with stylish decoration. Breakfast is included and the common pantry offers free flow snacks and beverages.

Some communication issues may arise with staff members who do not speak fluent English.

We had a great time staying in this hotel, the attention was very friendly and they had a delicious light breakfast. We also loved the big room with a great bed, blanket, and pillow, which made us feel very cozy and homey. The location had an interesting variety of cafes and restaurants, and even massage places. It was easy to get a taxi and there were some sweet little pubs in the area.

We didn't like that there was no elevator in the hotel, as we were staying on the 4th floor, and the stairs were quite high and loud to climb with our big luggage. We also found the location to be a bit far from the main road and BTS, which might not be ideal for some travelers.

The lack of an elevator.

I recently had an awesome stay at this hotel. the hotel offered great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the rooms were immaculate clean. The attention to detail was apparent, with everything in the room looking brand new, including the towels. Secondly, the location was fantastic. It was easy to get a taxi, despite the hotel being located on a small road. Plus, there were many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it convenient for dining out. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service. The host was fluent in English and the upgrade to a big room was a nice surprise. I felt like I was at home, especially with the welcoming ambiance. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

There was a slight inconvenience regarding finding someone at the reception. It would have been helpful to have someone readily available to address concerns or request room cleaning.

We stayed in a beautifully maintained boutique hotel with a homely vibe. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in/check-out, and they even helped us with our luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. We enjoyed the free flow of delicious coffee/tea and snacks all day in the common pantry, and the breakfast every morning with eggs made to order and free-flowing bread/cereal was a great start to our days. the hotel's proximity to lots of nice small bars and cafes plus easy access to taxis made it an excellent location for exploring.

While the boutique hotel had a lot of character, we did notice that some guests were wearing shoes inside even though there wasn't a "no shoes indoors" sign. the WiFi was slow during high usage times, and there was a language barrier since not all staff understood English.

Lovely rooms, incredibly comfortable bed, fantastic value for money, convenient location near Ari BTS and shops. Helpful staff provided luggage storage and assistance with laundry. Great place, stayed twice.
